Our rates are NETT, inclusive of costs for transportation, cremation and the urn.

We provide pet cremation services to the direct public. You can call us direct for assistance or you can ask for our service at your pet’s clinic. We have the cremation unit fitted onto our truck, but because of local regulations, we are unable to extend the services at your residential location. Therefore cremation will be carried out at our farm.

What you have to do:

1. Do not panic. Call us and make arrangement for us to pick up your pet’s carcass. We will require your address, owner’s details and pick up time.
2. Meanwhile, retrieve your pet’s AVA license number if there is any
3. Lay your pet nicely in a comfortable box if you have any preferred, else our officer will see to it upon arrival

What we do:

1. When our officer arrives, you will be given a particulars form to fill up while he makes preparation
2. Tagging will then be done to the pet carcass’s bag/box so that there will not be any identification mistake
3. Cremation will be arranged and depending on your choice, after the cremation, ashes will then be arranged for sea scatter or return to you in an urn provided

Ashes Sea Scatter
Regularly, we charter a boat out of Singapore Island to scatter the ashes of those pets’ which the owners have decided not to keep and that scattering them off the sea will be the best solution for their pets at NO additional cost.

Ashes are then scattered in waters 2.8km south of Pulau Semakau, a regulation by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
